General Information

The Shildon Health Centre serves as a base for nursery nurses, school nurses, a chiropodist and Health Visitors.

The Health Centre Reception is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 12 noon & 1:00pm to 5:00pm.

Clinics at Shildon Health Centre include: -

Incontinence Clinic - 2nd and 4th Friday of month - by appointment only.
Baby Clinic - Fridays from 9:30am to 11:30am; (Drop in clinic)
Chiropody - Monday and Wednesday - by appointment only.
School Medicals - by appointment only.
Enuretic Clinic - First and Second Tuesday of month - by appointment only.
Baby Immunisation Clinic - Wednesday, weekly from 9:30am to 11:30am by appointment only.
Breast Feeding Clinic - Wednesday, alternate fortnightly from 1:30pm to 3:30pm (Drop in clinic)
Developmental Checks - Monday, fortnightly from 9:00am to 1:00pm - by appointment only.
School Immunisation Clinic - twice yearly - by appointment.
Baby Massage - Tuesday, from 1:00 pm. - 3:00pm (by appointment)(5 week session)

Accessible Premises

The access to the back and front of the premises are both flat. (Front only with automatic doors)
